By using MyCar Logs you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Using the service

MyCar Logs is provided free of charge for keeping maintenance records for vehicles you own or are responsible for. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

Your content

The records you enter remain yours. We store and process them only to provide the service. You can export or delete them at any time.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. MyCar Logs is a record-keeping tool and is not a substitute for professional mechanical advice or for manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedules.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including any loss resulting from reliance on records stored in it.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
