MyCar Logs keeps a maintenance history for the vehicles you own. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have over it.

What we collect

• Account details — your name and email address, used to sign you in and to associate your records with you.
• Vehicle and service records — the vehicles, services, service types and specifications you choose to enter.
• Technical data — standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, kept to operate and secure the service.

What we do not collect

We do not collect payment information. MyCar Logs is free, and no payment processing takes place through this site or the app.

Website Analytics

This website uses PostHog to understand how the site is used. PostHog records page views and page exits only. We do not build advertising profiles, and analytics events are not linked to an identified person unless you are signed in.

Third-Party Services

• PostHog — website analytics, as described above.
• Apple App Store and Google Play — distribute the mobile app and apply their own privacy policies to the download itself.

How your data is stored

Your records are stored on servers we operate, transmitted over encrypted connections, and are not sold or shared with advertisers.

Your rights

You can view and edit your records at any time from the app. You can delete your account and everything in it — see Delete Account.
